Hi, I’m Ariel (she/her), a trauma-informed yoga teacher passionate about creating gentle, validating practices for tender-hearted humans. After years of navigating competitive, ableist studio spaces, and even unsafe adjustments, I discovered accessible yoga and finally found what had been missing: a practice rooted in softness, inclusivity, and nervous system care. Since then, I’ve studied trauma-informed approaches, somatic practices, and polyvagal theory, and my work now focuses on supporting stress, burnout, and quiet heartbreak. Whether through deep rest, accessible movement, or breath practices, I offer yoga as a soft place to land, proving it doesn’t have to be fast, hot, or even physical to be deeply healing.
